I have no idea how I missed this piece of news. The next Harry Potter movie is the sixth movie, Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince. I’ve been looking forward to seeing this movie in the theaters in November for some time now. Today I found an article that said the Harry Potter movie opening date has been pushed back from November 21, 2008 all the way out to July 17, 2009. It was the studio’s decision to push back the opening. Geez! That’s long enough to have a baby! The movie is actually already finished. I understand that the decision to delay the opening was because Warner Brothers had no big movies releasing next summer.
