I’m not sure how but I’m only seeing commercials for the movie Race To Witch Mountain now, after the movie’s already been out for almost two weeks. I hadn’t ever heard anything about this movie. At first I wondered how they were going to work in a continuation but after reading about it I learned it’s really someone redoing the movie Escape To Witch Mountain, released in 1975. It seems that two children (actually from another planet) offer to pay a Las Vegas cabbie to help them reach their destination quickly and safely. The destination is a cabin in the middle of nowhere. Along the way there are aliens, goverment officials, a UFO expert and some more aliens. The commercial I saw was interesting but more interesting for me is the opportunity to see how the movie was done this time, since I did see the Escape movie many years ago.
