This past week I watched Ghosts Of Girlfriends past again. I really enjoy this movie. The movie is the story of how Connor, a batchelor played by Matthew McConaughey, has to face his past, his relationships and his one true love Jenny (played by Jennifer Garner). The movie begins with Connor setting out to try to convince his younger brother not to get married. While at the family home for the wedding Connor is visited by the ghost of his late Uncle Wayne (played by Michael Douglas), his mentor in the single life and the greatest influence in his life. At this point Connor learns that as did Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, he will receive visits from three ghosts – the ghosts of girlfriends past, present and future. Will Connor win Jenny back? perhaps. Will the wedding go off without a hitch? Of course not.
