My youngest watches all of the popular toddler shows. Sometimes he watches a vhs tape or dvd so much he actually starts wearing it out. As of this afternoon I have a stack of six dvds that don’t work correctly. Now that some of his movies are being retired I set out on a mission to locate new ones. Guess what I did? I entered some great contests for kids movies. You think I’m kidding? Here they are.

Prizey is having a giveaway for three Maggie and the Ferocious Beast dvds.

Momsational is having a giveaway for a copy of Disney’s Aristocats Special Edition dvd.

I was surprises how many I found that’d be perfect for him. Most end soon so hurry if you’re going to enter.

I also found out that 5 Minutes for Mom is having a giveaway for the first Pretend with Miss Kim dvd but the site wouldn’t let my comment appear so I don’t know if we’re entered or not.

Elizabeth over at Table for Five is running a very cool contest. The winner of this contest will receive a year’s supply of Orville Redenbacher’s Natural Popcorn AND a one year subscription to Netflix. We love both movies and popcorn in this house, so it’s a natural (pun intended) for us. And, popcorn is a gluten free snack so my youngest can eat it. Plus, we’ve always thought that Orville’s microwave popcorn tastes way better than everyone elses. If you want to enter the contest you’ll need to hurry. Read the complete entry instructions on her site, but in short you’ll need to blog about her contest and link to the Orville site. That’s easy stuff considering it’s such an awesome prize. The winner will be selected on 01/05/08. I’m in, wish me luck!

Mom Reviews has reviewed another dvd movie and is having a contest. If you’re a Pooh lover, you’re going to love this contest. The winner will get the dvd “My Friends Pooh and Tigger Super Sleuths Christmas Movie”. I have entered of course, because me and my youngest love to hang out on the couch together and watch Pooh movies with a big bowl of popcorn. We both love Winnie the Pooh. I got entries to the contest by subscribing to the blogs rss feed, adding the blog to my technorati favorites, and writing about it here. Get over there quick, the contest ends on Friday. Not Entirely British is giving away a new compact dvd player. The model is an RjTECH UNO-02DVD compact slim DVD player. The contest deadline is 12/18/07 and the winner will be chosen by random number. To enter, post about the contest on your blog and link to the contest announcement, then leave a comment on the contest announcement that you’re participating.

Truebluetitan is giving away a Wii. To enter just leave a comment on the blog and subscribe to the blog’s rss feed, or blog about the contest. The deadline is 12/14/07.

Mixed Drink World is giving away the game Rock Band for either the Xbox 360 or the PS3. To enter, sign up for an account on their site, complete the profile, and submit as many recipes as you can by December 31st.  The US resident who has submitted the most recipes wins.

The Table for Five blog is having a contest and the prize is the Shrek III dvd. Interested in entering the contest? You need to do one of two things to enter.
