Ok, I was wondering today where you are most comfortable watching television. Meaning, in what room and on what furniture.  My favorite room to watch tv in is the living room. I cannot watch tv in bed, I almost always fall right asleep. I’m most comfortable on the left side of my couch (it’s a sectional) sitting sort of sideways. Our couch has a built in recliner but I’m never comfortable in that. The rocking chair is not comfy to sit in long term, english saddles are probably more comfortable. Where is your favorite place to watch television?

For Father’s Day I got RB a 40gb iPod. Going quite a while back he’d said he’d have no use for one. I knew better. A couple of months ago he started realizing that having an iPod would be much better than bringing twelve cd’s with him every day he went to work. So I got him one of the 40gb ipods so he could put everything he wants on it from his cds and still have room to add more. He likes his iPod so much he’s now added some kind of cable onto the home entertainment system in the living room that all he has to do it plug it into his iPod and now he can listen to his iPod on the big stereo at home.

Our home is not all that big. It has two average size bedrooms, one teeny tiny bedroom, two small bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a tiny laundry room and a big living room. We have four televisions, all on DirecTv. We love DirecTv. We really love Tivo. All three bedrooms have a tv with dvd and vcr, and two of the bedroom tvs are on Tivo. The living room has a big 56″ tv on a Tivo, dvd and vcr. As you can see, we do not hate watching tv.
